Aesop Rock has contributed a new recording for Nike’s “Original Run” series, an ad campaign catered towards athletic runners.

The Def Jux artist recorded a 45-minute mix titled, “All Day,” which he produced and rapped over.

“I wanted to create something that evolved enough, that the sound was constantly fresh and attractive, as if the runner were moving through a set of differing cities or landscapes,” Aesop said in a press statement.

“All Day: Nike + Original Run” will be available exclusively at the iTunes stores on February 13.

Aesop Rock is already busy on his next LP, “None Shall Pass,” scheduled for release later this year. It will feature production by El-P, Rob Sonic, and Blockhead, as well as cameos by Cage, Camutao, and Breeze Brewin of the Juggaknots.

One of the album’s tracks is set to appear on a Def Jux/Adult Swim compilation, “Def Swim,” dropping on February 26. Meanwhile, Aesop Rock will also be on El-P’s upcoming CD, “I’ll Sleep When You’re Dead,” out on March 6.
